Size Exchange: If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Step 2: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a traceable method. Please note that shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer a similar product of equal value.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for exchange.
Replacement Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs of sending the exchanged item back to you.
No Returns: We do not accept returns for refunds or credits. Exchanges are only allowed under the conditions specified above.
